If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or simply not quite yourself, you’re not alone. Life can be heavy at times—and it’s okay to need support.

This is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and talk openly about what’s on your mind, without fear of judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, everyday stress, loss, or past trauma, we can work through it together at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer person-centred counselling, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and begin to reconnect with your own strength.

Sessions are available online, as well as in more flexible, less traditional ways—such as walk and talk sessions in nature, counselling over coffee in a relaxed setting, or small group sessions if you’d prefer to share and connect with others. We can find an approach that feels comfortable and right for you.
